Sikap Books ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our minimal data practices for the Sikap Books mobile application (the "App") on Google Play.

2. The Camera Permission (Optional)

The App requests access to your device's camera. This permission is strictly optional and is used for a single, specific purpose:

· Customer Support: The camera permission is used solely to allow you to take a photo and attach it to a customer support request. This can help you better illustrate and describe any technical issues you encounter. The core bookkeeping functionality of the App does not require the camera. You can use the App fully without ever granting this permission.

Any photo you take is only processed when you actively choose to send it to us via a support channel. We do not access your camera or your photo library at any other time.

3. How We Use Information from Support Requests

If you contact us for support and choose to send us a photo, we will use that image only to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve the specific issue you have reported.

4. Data Storage and Security

· Your Data Stays with You: All your bookkeeping data is stored locally on your own device. It is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

· Support Data: Any communication, including images, sent to our support team is handled securely and is retained only for as long as necessary to address your query and for our legitimate business records.
